Hi
Is there legislation about the filling of outdoor pools?
We have a neighbour who bought a pool last week which holds around 12,000 litres of water. They filled it but did not use it so 5 days later they emptied it, wasting the water.
They have now started filling it again…it takes over 24 hours to fill, and I was just wondering if there were any laws that stated you cannot waste water like this.
Your feedback would be appreciated.
