You&#039;re not the only one with these views and not just about Mid Kent Water. It&#039;s an interesting point about having some proof from them that underground supplies are still low. Presumably Ofwat looks at such things?

I still think there&#039;s a case for not paying water bills in the way that a few pensioners have defied councils over council tax. Where they&#039;ve always gone wrong in my opinion is that there aren&#039;t sufficient numbers involved. If say a few hundred people got together and said they weren&#039;t paying their water bills then something &#039;might&#039; get done.
