Hosepipe Ban

Reports this weekend claim that Rod Stewart has a very lush and green football pitch at his mansion in Essex – despite the area being under a hosepipe ban and drought conditions.

His spokespeople have claimed the footie-mad Scot’s pride and joy uses an underground irrigation system and who are we to question the claim? Just wish I could afford one for my lawn if it’s true.
Apparently the local water company have said he could be receiving a letter in the post.
